Bright and Comfortable

I have worn this jacket several times. It is bright and highly reflective. It sheds light rain. It hasn't been tested in very rainy conditions. It does seem to block out the wind. I like the length which is low hip on me. I feel safer on the roads in the dark. It will get a lot of use.
