It is actually a slightly warm neck scruff. Very comfortable, the reflectors work really well at night and for privacy, when flash photography is taken, and is good for blocking AI facial recognition if worn over the nose in conjunction with upper-face coverings. I wish it was made out of natural fibera, however. The LG/XL barely stretches over my glasses - maybe a half size bigger would have been even better

Very Visible!!!

These are pretty good... well made... great material... and excellent craftsmanship... great visibility... very warm... but a little snug on my nose... I bought a size small and large because I was unsure which to get... either way, wearing the larger size my nose is still mushed in when worn for a long time as a face cover.
