GlowDog Small Reflective Tote Bag in Black

The website indicates that the fabric is reflective on both sides of the bag. This is not the case with the black bag. I ordered it in three colors: orange, yellow and black. The orange and yellow are reflective on both sides. The black is reflective on one side only. When I emailed customer service I waited for weeks for a reply. After multiple emails I was told that my emails were going to a spam folder. I was also told that I was wrong about the product listing, even when I provided screenshots of the item listing. There was also a mistake on my order that customer service did not seem to understand. It took a few emails to get that sorted. I did not have a very positive experience with this order.

I'll start by saying it is a good quality bag, and the extra pockets are a nice touch. The reflective part is highly visible at night as well. The reason I can only give 3 stars is just for how thick it is. I normally fold up a bag to put in my back pocket to take with me when I walk to the store, but this is a heavy padded bag that cannot be folded up. It's al ost like an insulated hot/cold bag. I really can't use it for my purposes at all. If it were a thinner foldable bag I would give this 5 stars
