Men's Reflective Flurry Jacket in Navy

I bought this jacket for a friend who walks at night. The jacket does not illuminate at all! He cannot be seen walking in the dark. I sent an email to customer service asking how to return the jacket and have gotten no response. I am very disappointed in this purchase!!!

It’s a warm jacket that reflects light like its supposed to.

I was hoping for lightweight lining. This jacket was heavy and bulky.

Received order without any issues. Jacket fits perfectly and is very comfortable. The only issue is that it does not have an inside pocket and instead it has a zipper that says "opening for embroidery". This leads me to believe that it may have been a surplus of a model that was intended to be embroidered with a company logo or something similar. Other than this it is a nice jacket.
