We have a satisfaction guaranteed policy at illumiNITE. We will gladly accept returns not meeting your expectations.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 888-456-9364 to see if we can accommodate you. Please see below for more information regarding gifts and holiday purchases.
Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Unworn merchandise in its original condition that has been purchased directly from illumiNITE.com or an illumiNITE Pop-Up Store can be exchanged, refunded, or credited to your account.
If the product has been worn or is not in original condition, we will issue a credit towards a future purchase or exchange the product for something of equal value.
Defective merchandise will be evaluated upon receipt. If your products are deemed defective, we will either repair the problem, issue a refund or replace the item.
Clearance and Discounted Items (if applicable)
Items that were on sale or marked down at time of purchase, or purchased with a coupon, will be refunded or credited at the discounted purchase price.
Final Sale (if applicable)
Items denoted as Final Sale are not eligible for return, but may be eligible for size exchange of the same style while supplies last.
Gift Cards (if applicable)
Please note that gift cards cannot be returned.
Gifts and Holiday
Items purchased as gifts or during the holiday season (November 1st – December 31st) will have 90 days to return the item for an exchange or refund. If a refund is requested, we will credit the original account or issue a gift card.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We strongly recommend you use a trackable shipping service.
If you are returning a defective item, we will provide you with a return shipping label. Please email email@example.com or call 888-456-9364 to obtain said label.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If requesting an exchange, you may wish to call us to verify stock availability.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original account and an email will be sent to the original buyer.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you think you haven't received a refund to which you are entitled, check with your bank or credit card company. It may take some time after we process the refund before your refund is officially posted by your bank.
