    Way too small for an XL

    The fabric seems fine. I didn’t try it at night with headlights shining at me yet, but it looked luminous in the house with a flashlight. It was so tight I could barely get it on. I’m thinking of wearing a short sleeve shirt over it in the spring so at least the arms will be visible. There is currently no way I could wear this in public without shame. It may fit by next September. I may return it.
