"glowy" but damp

I liked my Illuminite vest that I had for over 15 years. But the zipper died, so I went for the Hartford jacket as a replacement. I like how reflective Illuminite products are and I like the hi-viz yellow. But, I don't like that even on days I don't feel sweaty at all, the inside of the jacket is damp when I take it off. I'm not sure what causes the moisture build up.
